Hver og einn starfsmaður sem skilgreindur er í kafla leyfisreglugerðar um starfsfólk og stjórnun og þiggur laun frá félaginu (leyfisumsækjanda) getur tilkynnt um vanskil af hálfu félagsins hvað varðar laun og launatengd gjöld (leikmenn, þjálfarar og aðrir).
